Meet six of the finest craft beer executives as they share their views on the state of the industry facing closures, acquisitions, and stiff competition.
As with every year, 2017 brought changes to the craft brewing market. Nearly 1,000 breweries opened, increasing competition while growth decelerated. Given that there still appears to be thousands of breweries in planning, this pattern is likely here to stay for several years. With the continued growth in 2018 the craft demand is fundamentally strong and here to stay.

Dinner proceeds support the BEC Management Apprentice Program (MAP), which brings together university undergraduates and BEC members over a lunch meeting. BEC members provide advice and counsel to help students prepare for the marketplace.
