Kratos has undergone a significant transformation from a commercial wireless communications provider in 2003 to a premier National Security Technology business providing mission critical products, services and solutions for United States National Security priorities.
Along the way, Kratos has completed 15 acquisitions with an aggregate deal value of approximately $1.3B, transactions ranging in size from under $10M to over $250M and has garnered M&A industry awards for several of its transactions. Its products and services are used in wide-ranging areas of national defense including: Unmanned Drones, Aerial and BMD Targets; Electronic Warfare and ISR; Satellite Communications; Cyber Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection.
